4年前に初めて滞在しましたが、今回の滞在で2度目です。今回期間は七泊九日、部屋タイプはガーデンビュー、でしたが庭はいつも手入れがされていてきれいでした、また海にも近く、ワイレアショップにも近い場所でした。十分満足でした。

部屋に関しては古い感じが否めませんでしたが、場所的に便利でした スタッフの皆さんもオアフ島みたいなホスピタリティとは違う、素朴な感じでとても良いです

ジャグジーに日影があるともっといいのでは？

敷地が広く、探し回りました。しかしかんきょうはばつぐんでしたが、喫煙者には敷地内全てが禁煙ですので苦しいかな。❓ キッチンは充実しているのですが、スーパが遠いのが難点と食事するところも近くにないので出かけた帰りにしてこないと億劫になる。

周りは高級別荘地という環境で二人旅にはちょっと広すぎるくらいの２ベッドの部屋でした。すぐ近くにはゴルフ場もあり、車で１５分以内にはレストランがいくつかあり便利な場所です。食料品の買物は車で5分、ショップスワイレア内に食品スーパーがあります。今回はハレアカラ国立公園までドライブを楽しみました。一週間の滞在でしたが天候にも恵まれ快適な旅でした。

Excellent location! Excellent facilities! Staff wasn’t super friendly. But would stay again!

Nice property, beautiful landscape, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable beds, spacious condo for my group of 5 adults. Kitchen is well equipped. Balcony had a nice large dining table, BBQ, and a great view of the ocean and sunset over the tree tops. Appreciated how conscientious the managers are in their policies regarding Covid. Enjoyed our stay, only slight negatives: sleeper sofa mattress was extremely thin, but front desk sent a mattress topper over which helped. Although the property location is a short walk/quick drive to the beach, there are not any conveniences of shops/markets within walking distance. Shops and restaurants of Kihei/ Wailea are a short 5-10 minute drive away. Great place for the price though, and best of all, their cancellation window was right up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. This was extremely important to us with all of the uncertainty surrounding Covid. Overall, our week in Maui after this past year felt like “normal” again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

First timers to Maui, so of course when I seen property upon arrival, I was pleased with how kept up it was. Got into room, and it seemed as it was going to be a restful vacation. Before you knew it, my kids came to me about little flying naps around and dead nats on sheets in pull out couch bed, also when pull out bed was taken out, 2 spiders also came out, smh. Well, kitchen cabinet was worn out, and hinge shortly broke, the dishwater soap pods seemed really old, since there were dried up pods. Some on the season's in room for use, had dead nats in seasoning jar. Behind the couch was broken glass. Since our flight was late, we arrived late so office hours were closed. Next morning while at pool, I did speak with general manager about naps, and all they could offer was clean sheets. I asked about cleaning the room, but was told that all there rooms are cleaned prior, which clearly I beg the difference. In any case, the property is well kept, but room I was in was really poor in cleanliness and items not checked thoroughly, prior to my arrival.

I have mixed feelings about my stay. While the property itself was lovely (except for the dead cockroach we found that had clearly been there for while which makes you wonder how well they cleaned), the management is horrible. My card was charged without my authorization 4 separate times. 2 were holds and released after I called about them and 2 were charges. These were not small amounts. It was so frustrating to have to monitor and deal with my bank account while on vacation. They did the same thing to my parents who were staying there as well so it wasn't just a random thing that happened to me. While Maui was beautiful and we will return, but it definitely won't be to this place.

Good location, close to beach, but no beach access from property. Updated condo, well maintained grounds. Small pool, but wasn’t busy. Issues with billing, unauthorized charges, but were resolved quickly.
