Phenomenal

I have stayed at other Marriot hotels and the experience positive so I had hopes for a similar visit. However, that was not the case. I was disappointed with the Kuerig coffee choice and I was not able to heat water for tea. The toilet seat was broken, the mirror inside the closet was dirty, there was a food stain on the comforter that we only noticed after spending the first night and there was a coffee stain on the window ledge. It was easily wiped away. The pillows were not that comfortable. I used a towel instead. My son found the mini couch more comfortable to sleep in than the bed

When we checked in we booked a king bed. But the room lock was broken and we were given a room with two double beds. It was not what we expected.

Service was ok. I recall sharing a few pleasantries even though the attitude of the attendant was unpleasant & did not get reaponses (I was met w silence). We dont always feel 100% but the people we serve dont need to know/feel that. My students dont need to know Im having a crappy day; its not their fault. Also, I left the 4th of Jan. And today, the 13th of January and they havent released the hold on my debit card. No bueno. Overall, considering covid restrictions... It was not bad.

Covid conditions. No breakfast at all. Bed was uncomfortable as well as the couch in the room. For 2 nights it was way worth the price. The smell of pot in every hotel I have stayed in

My stay was bot great i had two rooms reserved first the attendant could not locate my my second reservation. Once i got that situated my next concern was the tub in both rooms were clogged whic took a very long time to drain. I had to wait at least 1 hour after my husband finished so i could shower. This was very fustrating for me and my guest in the second room because he was also experiencing this problem. I brought it to the front desk attention but nothing was done about it...

I was flying in from out of state on a late flight, for one night only to tend to family matters. The hotel did not notify me until check in that there would be no running water from 8am-6pm. I was given a handicap room AND the water was cold. I was also greeted by a large spider in the bathroom upon arrival. Overall a horrible experience and had i been given notice about the water situation prior to my check in i would have opted to stay elsewhere. Book anywhere else, the customer service is severely lacking here.

I told the front desk that I was getting married. I had my room upgraded for no charge. Madison at the front desk was SO sweet and accommodating. Making sure I had everything I needed. She also brought up a laminated "Congratulations" sign and a bouquet of white and red carnations plus 2 free bottled waters. It was so sweet and special. Thank you Madison!!!

It should be made clear what amenities are not in service before booking

The property is so convenient, less than a minute off the highway. Across the street is a Dunkin’ and a gas station. The pool/gym was closed but that’s ok we were busy. Greg (front desk) was so nice and greeted us every time we walked by! That really made me feel welcomed.He was super helpful as well!
