There’s bugs in the rooms, the shower smells like urine and the front desk was extremely rude while I was trying to book. A solid 0 out of 5 for that night. I felt disgusted sleeping there.

The property overlooks the lake and is close to food options and easy access to a lot.

Check in was good. Front desk was friendly. The room was big. More than i expected. Full kitchen. But the fridge was so difficult to open and it was dirty!! I didnt want to touch it cause it was nasty. I had to clean it myself, but still not pretty on the eyes. I was very disappointed that there was no seating on the balcony. With beautiful views and no where to sit and enjoy. The balcony wasnt clean. Bird poop everywhere. And with guests arriving, someone should be cleaning that put. I most likely will not stay here again. It is located in the heart of Port Credit, and that is the only thing going.

First room had an awful smell. The second room we were moved to had a toenail on the carpet. We lwft immediately. Didnt stay the night. Slept in thr car.

Great location. Do not like paying extra for parking.

Fire alarm testing for two days in a row. Fire alarm went off for 5 seconds every 1 to 3 minutes starting at 8:30am. This went on for hours. There was no advance warning before I booked the hotel that the testing would be on those days. Toilet was broken and ran constantly. Walls badly scuffed and furniture in disrepair. Scratchy towels, cheap soap, no regular cleaning service unless requested. No vending machine or ice.

I really look forward to staying there... it always feels like home...

Property needs a refresh but seems to be under way

I was in Port Credit for a planned surgery and due to weather ended up stuck at the hotel for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant experience, and even though we were "stuck" we felt right at home. Extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Although the rooms need some upgrades, they are large and clean and to me, that's all that matters. Beautiful neighbourhood, with lots of shopping and dining options. Onsite restaurant is a little over priced, but delicious food.
