Great location on avenyn and close to family when we visit. The junior suite had almost everyting just would have liked a refrigerator. The water heater was a nice addition. Breakfast for champions, as is often the case in scandinavia. We will return.

Very good location and reception staff are very accomodating. Very confusing info re room service. And rather expensive extra cost at that. Large breakfast with generous hours. Comfortnöe beds and very quiet room.

Great hotel, large family room, only wish it had a door between bedroom and living area. Wonderful! Check in with Oscar was great!

Great hotel, location and amenities

The service was outstanding, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet had a good selection without being over the top, which is something I appreciated. One thing I must note on was the fact that I had specifically chosen the room type based on the fact that an option between a shower or a bathtub was offered. I even requested a bathtub when I made my booking, but when we arrived to the hotel, I was informed that they did not have my request on record, and that there were no bathtubs available in this room category (?!). I'm not entirely certain if something was lost in translation, or if the check-in clerk meant they did not have baths available at that particular time, but regardless of the reason, I was left disappointed. I was offered the option of upgrading (for a fee) to a room with a bathtub, which I didn't do. I would advise anyone who expressly wishes to have a room with a tub to contact the hotel prior to arrival to ensure that they accommodate your request.

Room is clear. Near center of the city, good location. But at night, a night club sound was there. It was sad point.

Perfectly simple check-in checkout. Clean, friendly, good location.
