God experience overall, did not quite receive accomodations we booked but had more beds than advertised. Snow removal could have been better but sufficient.

Great customer experience, and very short walk to the bus stop that comes every 30min until 1am. Nice outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

It was amazing

Very neat and quite room next to a creak that allowed you to sit back and relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was great and the view from the hot tub was amazing. It was affordable considering you’re in Vail.

We love the Racquet Club. Have stayed here many times with the family. Every room is different as they are individually owned condos. Some rooms right on the creek. Great facilities, tennis, pool, spa, hot tub. Nearby hikes, nice onsite restaurant. Beautiful 6 mile bike ride into Vail.

Condo is clean and ideal for families. Floors are extremely cold being stone slab. Not comfortable at all.

This resort in East Vail had excellent features and amenities such as well-outfitted kitchens in each unit with updated decor, a heated pool, fitness center, beautiful grounds, and a nearby trailhead. The drive from East Vail to Town Center is short and well worth what you save in lodging costs. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.

Our three bedroom was just perfect for us. Great location, plenty of room... the only things We would’ve wanted We’re mote dishwashing pods, and better mattresses. Ours were very hard with coils threatening to poke through. Other than that, we loved it!

Our stay ended up being a disappointment. We almost called 911 our second night because of drunk people in the parking lot late at night. They did drag races along the parking lot right by our unit & woke our small children. There was tons of profanity & at times we couldn’t tell if they were fighting. Since our unit didn’t have AC or any fans we had to keep the windows open for air circulation since it was 75° in our unit at 11 o’clock at night so we couldn’t even block the noise out. The third night the unit next to us stepped out side to smoke marijuana 3 different times between 11 and 1 AM. Once again since the unit was so hot we had to keep the windows still open but there was concern over the strong smell with three small children in our unit and again we were kept up significantly later than we were planning on for the night. We were also disappointed to learn that pool reservations have to be made three days in advance & our stay was only for three days so the only available pool time was for when we actually had to be checked out of our hotel room. This was a huge blow to our kids & would have been a highlight of the trip & it wasn’t brought to our attention beforehand so we weren’t able to scheduled pool time before we arrived. This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review about a hotel so hopefully I don’t sound like a Karen. We addressed our issues with the front desk they said they would be in touch & our stay was over 10 days ago & we never heard back

The lap pool area was beautiful, and we loved the nearby playgrounds; however, the noise from the freeway and nearby road made it difficult for everyone to sleep. We were in the corner of Building 4, which unfortunately, placed us between two parking lots and a road. If noise doesn’t bother your slumber, this is a lovely place to stay.
