Great place!

My family and I arrived in Orlando at 1 o'clock in the morning extremely tired. We did notify the hotel that we were arriving late as they would hold a room for us. We checked in around 2 o'clock in the morning and as we entered our room the carpet was raised off the floor with a carpet drying fan on. (Dehumidifier) and the smell of mildew was so obvious even before you walked through the door. We walked backed down to complain about the conditions and had asked to be put in another room only to find out they had no rooms available for us. Now it's 2:30am and I'm beyond disappointed and exhausted. They offered to put us in another hotel free of charge. (Did they really think I was going to pay) thinking the hotel was down the street..... wrong! 25 minutes later we arrived at the other hotel checked in and didn't get to bed until 3:30am. Hotels.com is in the process of refunding are money but when we called we we're also told that Crown Plaza still hadn't notified them about the problem. After being put on hold to verify our story they granted us the refund. I will never be booking at that hotel again!

Comfortable, nice staff, great service.

Clogged drain and no hot water? No thanks.

Great Stay, only one problem there was only one elevator working when i was there.
