The thrill is gone but can return with controls!

Severe tobacco problem from guests that extended, though lessened, after I changed rooms. Also a female staff member (on the afternoon shift) who knew about the hotel discount for staying a 4th night and beyond didn’t extend this courtesy to me nor thought to offer me a free upgrade, etc., even though this was my 4th time staying there. I had to ask for it. Thankfully the manager was there who approved it immediately. (I was automatically given an upgrade on my second visit to another hotel a couple of doors down, where I would have stayed if their pricing was better.) On a positive note, BW has added a quality Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich to their grab and go breakfast menu. They are also very attentive to your requests and needs. I am happy for their pricing this trip that allowed me to extend the trip to 7 days to complete my personal affairs.

My go-to hotel

It was good, except someone forgot to clean the bathroom. Love their Grab and Go breakfast, which is a great substitute for a full breakfast. Other hotels who used to serve breakfast have nothing at all except maybe cereal. BW has a full beverage counter with teas, coffee and juices. Other hotels could take a tip from BW who has a choice of fruit, yogurt, cereal bars, juices, etc. Staff is very attentive. It's located just a couple of minutes from the airport and has a shuttle there and back.

The service was very good and was the highlight of the stay. The room was good as well. However, there was a Roach in the room. I did bring it to the hotels attention and requested 50% off. Instead they gave me $20.00 off. If it wasn't for the roach, my experience have been much better.

Housekeeping staff needs customer srvc training.

The stay was fair. this was my 3rd or 4th stay. the check-in clerk was obsessing over an incidentals deposit though I've never paid one. Worse yet, the new Latin housekeeping staff was rude. The female had a chip on her shoulder and gave me the evil eye, unprovoked. At check-out, when the check-in clerk asked the Latin male if he would drop me off at the airport, he looked me up and down with disdain and continued decorating the Christmas tree. The clerk had to leave her post behind the desk to take me to the airport. The behaviors were uncalled for. I miss the kind staff of India who had been there on all prior visits.
