ムーン パレス カンクン - オールインクルーシブ (カンクン)

学会参加のため滞在しました。all inclusiveで、ほとんどのサービスを追加料金なしで受けられます（一部のサービスは料金表示があります）。ビーチの砂はきれいですが、海は茶色で泳ぐ人はいない状況なのは残念です。ホテルから外には出なかったため周辺エリアは分かりません（入力必須なので仮の評価を入れています）。従業員の方も親切で対応に余裕があり、総じて素晴らしかったです。

今回初めてのカンクンでムーンパレスに泊まりました。 まずウェルカムフラワーとアロマの香るおしぼりで出迎えて頂き癒されました。 ホテル内もHP写真同様ゴージャスで花が溢れていて素敵でした。ホテル内公共のトイレも綺麗ですが、アバクロ香水の様な強い香りが芳香剤のようでちょっと気分が悪くなりました。笑 部屋も綺麗でプール後のタオルの追加や毎日の冷蔵庫の飲み物やフリースナックの補助をして貰えます。 なんと言っても巨大リゾートホテルなので、ルームサービスには毎回45分かかると言われたので、逆算して早めに頼む様にしていました。レストランも多数あるのですが、宿泊者も膨大な数がいるので、待つ事が多いです。夕食は特に混むのですがピークは20〜21時過ぎでこの時間は約2時間待ちと言われたこともあったので18時〜19時位に夕食を取るのが比較的すんなり入れます。 オールインクルーシブでいつでもどこでも食べれますし、プールサイドでも食べれるので、皆さんあまりお腹が空かず夕食が遅い人が多いようです。 私は別の現地旅行会社に空港往復送迎を事前に頼んで行きましたが、直接ホテルとやり取りできるならホテルも空港送迎サービスはあるようでした。 あと1日カンクンの町観光を急遽したくなり、ホテルエントランスのボーイさんにその旨伝えるとタクシーと交渉してくれて事前に料金も分かり、帰りも降りた場所に指定の時間に迎えにきてくれて、結局当初は予定になかった場所にも行って貰い一日送迎で$60で安かったし安心して観光できたのでチップを弾みました。 ホテルのプールも広いですが、人がいっぱいで空いてるパラソルチェアを探すのに苦労しました。 わたしの滞在した部屋の水回りとテラスに小さい蟻が沢山現れていたので、虫除けスプレーが役立ちました。 あと確かオーシャンビューの部屋が高いと思いますが、ここのホテルの前は常に茶色く濁って海藻も沢山打ち上げられるからか、海風が凄く臭くて眺めも良くないのでガーデンビューがヤシの木と芝生と花の色鮮やかさが綺麗でおススメです。 喫煙可能とはハッキリ表示がありませんが、みんなベランダで普通に喫煙していました。ただ灰皿の用意はありません。 大体どこの部屋からもレストランへの移動は距離があるのですが、移動のカートを呼んでもいつも混み合っているのか待てど暮らせど来ないので、最初以外は常に歩いて向かいました。そっちのほうが早いです。帰りはエントランスから部屋方面へのカートが出てますので、エリア分けの自分の建物のフルーツか部屋番号を伝えるといいです。 広すぎるし幼児連れだったので、まだまだ行けなかったできなかった事も沢山あるのでまた泊まりたいです。ホテルの従業員の方々も皆さん親切でレストランの食事も美味しく充実しています。 とても贅沢で楽しめました。

I gave the concierge my two bags at 8:00 am because the check out was at 12:00 and I was not able to make back to the hotel before 1;00 pm At 3:00 pm my taxi arrived and when I collected the bags one of them was broken, totally destroy. It looks like they threw other heavy bags on top of mine The phone in my room did not work, and the key ( bracelet) did not work twice and I have to go back to the registration desk to get fixed !!!

The stay was awful it was supposed to be my baby's first birthday and they did nothing to make it special at all. nothing provided anything for mosquitoes, not even a plug to get rid of them. Told us to buy these things from a very expensive shop in the hotel. When we went into a restaurant called gondola we was told there is a buffet restaurant next door and that this restaurant is a la carte and if the children are coming in they need to be quiet. Whenever room service was done they never collected the empty plates and we had to call every single time. the playroom in nizuc would not even allow my baby in a buggy even though she was asleep literally had to fight to get her in. Some of the staff in the restaurants and the hotel where unhelpful The restaurants that do a buffet breakfast run out of chocolate nutella. The room was awful and could have been upgraded for my babies birthday especially as low season. You couldn't even move a buggy around in the room that they gave. There was a few bugs in the room also. The room had nothing to bath a baby with so was difficult to bath her. The staff pick on who they believe should be serviced well in bars and restaurants dependant on membership. Anyone with a membership is treated like royalty. An we was even forced when asked about about getting membership after a 90 minute presentation which was 3hrs and 3 people tried to sell it. Too be honest i wish for my money back or a free stay so they can make up for an awful experience.
