The room was very expensive for what you got. It was dirty, broken tiles in bathroom and freezing cold. This is not a place you want to stay at.

Desk man very helpfull. Room very tired. Bed cover very thin, cold at night, but bed it's self was comfortable. Couldn't run heat at night...unit too noisy. No caraf in coffee maker. No stopper for sink. Towels thin, one stained.

Room was nice nothing fancy but close to the airport which is what we were looking for. Young man at the desk was very helpful in recommending a restaurant and also came to our room to fix the TV. (We had done something to it lol)

Needs up keep. Duct tape tiles, holes in the floor. Dingy carpets and curtains.

Excellent customer service. Convienent. Clean.

Was a beautiful place very clean had to wear a mask in lobby which was nice to see

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. Should be called a "motel" or a "truck stop". I wasn't familiar with this area so I booked this hotel not knowing how far it was. The bathroom was dirty with grime on the floor from previous guests. The bedsheets were just that, only sheets. The AC was set so high it was like a freezer in the room and you can't change it. The lady working at the front desk was so rude and grouchy and blatantly unhelpful. None of the amenities that were supposed to be included in my reservation were open for use. No breakfast, no fitness centre. Don't waste your money by staying here.

Rooms had bad smell and other guests were noisy. Wouldn't stay again

Honestly awful place- dirty, smelly - would never stay again.
