This hotel would never have received a 4-star rating in Western Europe, it should at most be 3 stars by western standards.
The decor is very dated (old carpets, TVs are old fashioned, some rooms don't have AC etc). The pool is actually a large round tub (not a dug-up and tiled pool, but a plastic one). Out of 10 people in our party, 3 of us got an upset stomach after the breakfast (milk was lukewarm etc).
Price of the room is very cheap, but this is reflected in the lack of investment in the hotel overall.
On the plus side, children loved the place, as they could play with the goats, horse and rabbits nearby & the staff is very friendly. But don't expect anywhere near a luxurious experience in this hotel.
