Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Le personnel très agréable depuis l’agent de l’accueil jusqu’à la responsable. Ils sont à l’écoute et prennent soins à ce que le client passe un bon moment au sein de l’hôtel.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is pretty good, close to metro. There were adult toy shops nearby so consider that if you are traveling with kids. But the area is not sketchy at all: the streets are safe even late at night or early in the morning. My biggest problem with the place is that it is SMALL, VERY VERY SMALL. The bedroom is small and the bathroom is small. We stayed on the ground floor of the room with an outdoor terrace. The room is so small that you open the door and you are in the bed. The space around the bed allows only 1 person to walk by. And there is absolutely no room to open up the suitcase. The bathroom is small too, with the tiniest sink and no place to hang the towels. You hit the door when you turn around in shower. Our friends who stayed at the 3 person room on the top floor has alright space. Not big but livable. So that is a decent option if you are traveling as a group. But then you may not want to stay there if you are traveling with kids because of the nearby adult toy shops.

This hotel was perfect for our family of five (parents with kids ages 12,10 and 8). The breakfast had a variety of choices: fresh croissants, crepes, baguette, toast, cereal and all the fixings plus apples and oranges). The front desk people were very helpful. The location was a excellent for walking or taking the metro anywhere we wanted in 30ish minutes. The room had a mini-fridge was awesome and there were two grocery stories within walking distance and a great fruit and vegetable store at the end of the block. We discovered an AWESOME park with a playground by the Anvers metro stop on the way to the Sacre Coeur. We loved being on the top floor and the three person elevator was cool and perfect to get our luggage upstairs. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed about condition, facilities and friendliness of staff. Tbe only positive about this hotel is that it is centrally located for trains and buses

The day manager was very friendly and helpful. The older man, that was there at night was very rude, he wouldn’t even acknowledge you. The hotel it self is in a great location only 3 minutes walk to the train station, bakery, restaurant, supermarket, even a Mx Donald’s. The breakfast lady was very pleasant. The room was cozy, the bathroom was tiny.

Wonderful staff, great rooms, I loved the location and the general atmosphere of the hotel. Had a great experience. The location is really nice as well, lots to do in the area, close to the sacré cœur.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. Very small rooms; we laughed at the size of the WC as it is the smallest we’ve ever seen! The elevator was tiny and only fit two people at a time, no big deal, we chose to use the stairs. The breakfast in the morning was awesome!, we would have paid €16-20 for the same at any nearby cafe. The closeness of Pigalle metro station made getting around very easy, and Montmartre/Sacré-Coeur was within easy walking distance. FYI—The Moulin Rouge is surrounded by many blocks of sex shops, if you are taking children through that nearby neighborhood, just be aware! Overall, we were satisfied with our choice of hotel.
