The breakfast food was terrible and you had to beg for a clean towel. No housekeeping was performed for 4 days even when requested.

No hair dryer...front desk lady literally tore one out of another room so we could have one. Frig didn't work & were told there was no maintenance staff on weekends. A guy did show up at 6 AM or so Sunday morning and realized it had been unplugged. We're assuming that was done due to the loud ringing sound when plugged in. Window glass had been broken by what looked like something being thrown at it. Only one set of towels for a double occupancy room. We took another set from an open room being cleaned down the hall. Breakfast was sparse & tasteless. On the upside, bed was extremely comfortable & room was quiet.

The batteries in the TV remote had to be replaced, and the TV cable connection to the box was bad; therefore no TV. No one took the time to fix it although I complained several times. The smoke detector in the ceiling was open, meaning the 9-volt battery compartment was exposed. The help was nice but they appeared highly understaffed at this motel.

The breakfast was first right and we had Rushmore on her mind so the big pictures over the bed set the mood just right and the price was beyond compare on anything we saw from Washington to Minnesota and back. The front desk was especially friendly as in maybe they were the owners.

They were undergoing renovations which were much needed. Hopefully once it is all renovated they will be better. It is quite noisy, however as there is no insulation and you can hear the people in the next room very loud!

This was the most filthy place I had ever stayed. The only reason I stayed was because I had booked a non refundable room online! The front desk was arguing and defensive with customers, the type of customers who came were aggressive and the police were called. The carpets were black with dirt, mud splatters on the wall, filthy lamp shades, bed skirts were covered in black smudges, the bed comforter was stained, bathroom floor dirty but I think the toilet and skink were clean. Bed sheets were clean but I slept in my clothes, and as soon as I woke up I grabbed my bags and left. Don’t stay here!!
