Overall experience was exceptional! The location was convenient as the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops, including the Twin Peaks restaurant which I recommend to anyone visiting. All staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful! The room was excellent, firm bed (but not too firm) bed and soft pillows. The room was clean but I do have one complaint, the floors needed a thorough washing. Also, our toilet ran a few times during the trip but it was an easy fix. Everything else was clean and well-kept. The noise level was minimal, even with a seemingly full building. The stay comes with a free breakfast which was great: eggs (scrambled and egg white omelet most days), pork sausage, turkey sausage (which is my favorite), breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, various fruits, cereals, and breakfast pastries, and of course oatmeal, yogurt, and breads (bagels, white/wheat loaf bread, etc). Coffee, hot tea, orange juice, apple juice, and milk are available for drink. But the highlight of breakfast are the hot cinnamon rolls! Seemed like they are fresh baked, too. Will definitely stay here again!
