Businesslike reception was poorer than expected at this level of hotel. But it was still within the acceptable range. The trouble was the service at the restaurant. Servicing breads, a waitress was explaining their varieties. When I asked her to repeat it, a waiter suddenly intervened saying "bread" and walked away. I was not able to understand his intention. This event was told to the restaurant manageress at the latter part of the dinner. She apologized and made him express his regret. Further, we appeared to have been served an extra dessert, though it was not clear as we did not receive a word about it.
What we expect at this sort of hotel is an extraordinary comfort in every aspect. Among others the most important is the personal service. From this point, I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends.
