清潔でスタッフも感じが良く、快適に過せました。エレベーターが工事中とのことで、バックヤードのエレベーターを利用しましたが、早く工事が終わることだけを願います。

期待以上に良いホテルでした。ヴァレーパーキング、フロントのスタッフともに感じがよく丁寧でした。予想外に朝食券が付いており、助かりました。アメリカのホテルの朝食は単調になりがちですが、エッグベネディクトなど他であまりみないメニューを選択でき満足でした。

ホテルはダウンタウンにあり、徒歩圏内には牛角やレストランなどあります。1泊だけの滞在でしたが気持ちよく過ごせました。

I just want to say that John at the front desk was the absolute BEST! He was so fun and super helpful. Let us know where the best spots were and was just overall super accommodating. From day one, he was the absolute sweetest. We only stayed for 3 nights but he honestly made my birthday trip that much more memorable. He deserves a raise!!

The place was nice and clean. I wish the executive suits had refrigerators and microwaves. I wish there was a free self parking option.

Experience was great overall, only issue was the elevator. I waited 5/10 minute every time.

I called to confirm my reservation and was told that the restaurant was open but when I arrived onsite the restaurant had been closed due to COVID. Asked front desk for housekeeping and was told my room would be cleaned and have fresh towels. That didn’t happen and a second person told us they didn’t have housekeeping that day even though housekeeping was next door to our room. What I paid I would have had better service at Laquinta. Elevators were out half the time and had to use service elevators. I won’t be back.

There was no heat in the hotel while I was there, and Houston was quite cold at the time. I've stayed there before, in October and November. The heat was out at those times two, and I was assured it was a temporary problem that was being fixed. It was never fixed. In addition, the plumbing in the showers did not work well. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Excellent experience. However, a self parking option is missing.

The staff was attentive and nice, first and foremost. However, I found the room seriously lacking. No ice bucket, no fridge, no microwave. They remedied the ice bucket and fridge but ice was only available on 1 of 12 floors. The bathrooms were a very odd and dated configuration also. Good water pressure in the shower though. But the most disappointing thing was the climate control in the rooms. The weather was in the 40s and 50s in Houston during our stay and neither my colleagues nor my room ever got above 64 deg, even with the heat set to full high. Seems the windows weren’t insulating enough. On top of that the fitness area heat wasn’t on either of the times I went to use it and was in the low 50s. Saving money on utilities? Not a powerful enough furnace? Broken? Who knows. But it was consistently cold throughout the stay. I’ll stay elsewhere next time. Not sure how it has 4 stars.
