Location & Property: located in the main Hunter Valley region close to The Hunter Valley Gardens and other main vineyards and dining areas. Great views of the golf course from the pool and dinning balcony. Great stay for golf lovers. The pool area is so tired and unkept, pool lounges and tables scattered everywhere and not even re-tidied the next day. A local motel would make more of an effort on presentation. House keeping and cleanliness: huge disappointment in this area. Desperate need for upcoming and deep clean. Cobwebs everywhere inside and outside even in the main foyer. Accommodation is dated, looks like it has never been updated since the 90s. House keeping only do the minimum, tug in the sheets, pillows often left unmade (we stayed 4 nights), only 1 room beds were made but not the other room, no vacuuming, towels folded and changed. Hot water turns on/off so be ready for a quick shower. Dining: breakfast was included in the stay. Everyday breakfast was the same with limited choices and average tastes. The fresh fruits does not look appealing at all. Would be good to mix up the breakfast occasionally and more attention to quality. I have stayed here 10years ago and they definitely have dropped their standards. Would not rate this resort a 4 star.

The biggest disappointment is level or lack of cleanliness. There is spider webs throughout the villa (and spiders). I understand the villa has bush surrounds but it doesn’t excuse the need to clean spider webs from inside. Bug spray should also be provided. The quilt is not a quilt cover but One sheet on top and another on bottom which means you touch the same dirty quilt everyone does. Housekeeping is not up to scratch. You don’t get fresh sheets or floors vacuumed etc. they just give new towels. The villa is a decent drive from hotel Reception and the pool. You can’t just walk down for breakfast or a swim. The hot water did not work in one of our showers. Overall they also need an refurb. Definitely would not recommend.

A great stay in a well laid out 2 bedroom villa. Well appointed and convenient. Parking right out the front.

Good facilities, lovely location, however villas are in need of a facelift and all are situated on steep hills, no good for pregnant or elderly people etc, if i had known previously this information and how far they were located back on the resort i would not of booked them.

Dirty room with semen on bedhead... dont stay here!

Overall a beautiful property to stay at. Disappointed with the lower restaurant food for dinner and lunch, same menu. Breakfast below average and coffee shocking!! Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

Nice, quiet location with lots of wildlife - kangaroos, birds etc. Spacious room with large, private balcony looking into bush. Bathrooms in desperate need of renovation though and had to wait over in line an hour to check in

Absolute beautiful stay! But there where a couple of maintenance issues such as not being able to close the dryer door so we had to hold the door for the whole load to go threw and the deck upstairs felt like you where going to fall threw it. Overall loved the stay it was a beautiful location

The rooms are bug and lovely with everything you need.

Loved the panoramic views from our private suite and it’s wonderful layout.
