Do not stay here
Horrible experience. First off it started with not being put in a suite that we paid for. Then to get there and be informed that their pool is closed for maintenance. Most hotels puts this information on their website ahead of time. The whole facility was dirty. One of the beds felt very wet towards the end of the bed. Tried to call down to the desk only to find out neither one of the phones in the room worked. We pulled off the covers on the bed and there was a huge stain on the bed (same side that felt wet). Truly disappointed. I tried contacting management per the girl at the front desk and have yet to hear back from anyone. We went with 2 other couples who had the same experience. Bathrooms were filthy. Towels moldy.

Location is great in historical building but room could use modern updating. Carpet on hallway and room seems little dirty . Otherwise we had good sleep on nice clean sheets and mattress was great . Great potential hotel for downtown hotel

Filthy Accommodations
This hotel is disgusting. Our room smelled of smoke, there were stains on the carpet, thick dust on walls and furniture, wallpaper peeling, numerous marks on the wall etc. We arrived late the first evening and just dealt with the first night. I called the next morning and asked if we could be moved to another room and was told they were full but they would know more later that day and if we couldn’t be moved we would be compensated. When there was no room available, we checked out and were told we would have to get any refunds from Hotels.com only to have Hotels.com tell us that the OYO was denying our request.

Awful experience
This was my first time staying at an OYO hot and I will never go back. The room was not very clean. Stains in the carpet wall paper peeling and the toilet was clogged and took over 8hrs to get it taken care of them there was a roach and manager said could change rooms but never passed on information and employees were not helpful at all.

Run fast
Okay so to start it was my bday and I picked this room because it had a pool and I wanted to swim with my new guy of interest, walk up to sign in and the pool is closed, too late for a refund so date was Canceled, walked into my room and it was terrifying, I paid for a long suite and the room was ONE GIANT Square! I tried to move couch to make it less awkward because literally one bed on one side of the room huge space in between with white fluorescent hospital lighting, it was one “Here’s Johnny!” Away from being a main character on the shining, all furniture super dated, room poorly cleaned, and on top of it all the last day I drive into the parking garage and I almost get robbed by a random man! Literally runs to my window while it’s down and try’s to punch me out of my car so I sped off! Went down the up ramp i was so scared! I run into the lobby and find out there’s security in his comfy chair and then here I am terrified when I find out there are no Cameras in the parking garage! And I paid for parking! Seriously worst stay ever!!

Horrendous Hotel
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The people working in the hotel were nice, but that's where the compliments stop. The layout of the hotel and the parking is confusing. For what I paid, the entire hotel should have been nicer. The fountain in the lobby was dry, the elevator was buggy, and the pool was closed. I was never told that only a certain number of cars could park. I had 2 people staying and 1 visited with her car in the morning. When we went to leave, my parking pass wouldn't work. I called the desk and they let 2 of 3 leave but said we had to speak to a manager for the third car to leave. We waited but he didn't show up. Someone in the line of 4 cars that were waiting behind us to leave let us use their pass to get out and the hotel withheld 1/4 of my deposit. I will never stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
The hotel was in terrible conditions. Stains all over the carpets in the hallway and in the room. Entire place smelled of smoke. Even non-smoking rooms. There was no ice vending. The windows look out into a courtyard of other rooms. It was beyond awful. We left within 20 minutes of arrival. Checked out. Didn’t even try to negotiate a refund. It was so bad I could not be in the building for another minute. Just cut our loses and left.
