Big room and toasty hot tub. Only wish they enforced the rule about kids being not allowed in the pool area after 10 PM. Everything else about my stay was wonderful.

Had to stay next to a very loud annoying family. Slamming doors and yelling at 5 in the morning. I alerted the desk when they checked in and were just as annoying and loud. I actually told the family to shut up we were still trying to sleep after a half hour of their stupidity. With open rooms, why put people next to each other? Why not give customers space?

The stay was good, friendly helpful staff, clean room. Left early so did not have much time for breakfast but it looked comparable to other hotels we have stayed at. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own pillow. The hotel pillows were very uncomfortable, no support.

Just a getaway for a couple of days in the Port Washington / Cedarburg area. Hotel amenities, people and services were fine. We had a small suite and the sofa in the sitting area was obviously also a fold out bed, none of which seem as comfortable as the real thing. Staff was friendly and courteous, morning breakfast offerings were better than the average such thing in my experience. Would recommend Country Inn and Suites as very good choice.
