Check in Started well with Tony - a friendly and accomodating bellhop. It went downhill from there. Our room was supposed to be ready at 2, but wasn't ready till 4. When it was ready, the receptionist wouldn't let my wife check us in. I had to stop my vacation to deal with the receptionist, who wasn't friendly. The rest of the stay went well, but the maid staff had a hard time finding coffee - the room only had decaf, and that's all the staff had. On Tuesday, we scheduled the airport shuttle for Thursday, we thought. Then, they had a "mandatory" linnen change scheduled for Tuesday - it didn't happen till Wednessday for us, because our maid wasn't aware of it! That caused another interruption of our vacation. We liked to gamble and eat there though. The wait staff, Laura and Lupe, were great! Then, our last day, we found that we weren't scheduled for the shuttle! Tony had put on the wrong day, but Jimmie, the other bellhop, arranged for the shuttle driver to come in - well done Tony. The driver of the shuttle was great.
