the hotel was very clean and accommodating. Would stay again.

It was good, but they need to update it. Not worth $100 a night.

Insects, dust, dust on ceilings, fire extinguishers points, lamps. Insects had bite my spouse cheek, legs. Breakfast was terrible, with $100.00 per night, they provided muffin, machine juice, candies and some fruits. Just opposite to this hotel (Hampton by Hilton) on the same street, was serving full real breakfast(956) 405-3350 with the same value of money $100.00. It’s really a Bad Experience with BW. Staff was cooperative

Employees were fixing a shower in other room in morning, they were talking loud.

Front desk isn't very accommodating. Tried to get a early check in but they intentionally didn't clean my room until 245. Check in at 3

Our room was not cleaned one day and when we asked them to clean it, staff got confrontational. There was blood/feces on the wall by the toilet paper that was also never cleaned. Male front desk attendant was very rude!!

The room was beautiful. The ONLY problems i had was the ice machine didn't work & there were several long dark hairs in the pillow cases. Other than that, it was excellent.

Every one that work there was nice.... Anything I needed they would bring it up to my room... good place already book there again this year to stay again!!
