I tried to leave early due to the bug infestation problem, but since I was not able to get compensated by the hotel, I decided to keep the key and check room periodically. I was able to do this because when my wife arrived a couple days later and she reserved a different hotel in which we stayed. I killed at least 10 roaches my room at Town Inn maybe more. For the life of me, I did not know where they were coming from but seeing one on inside of shower curtain, my bed, on my clean paper towels and tracks on the refrigerator hinge was enough for me. I hate that I had to keep the room as a possible back up. I’ve never asked this before but I would really be grateful if Expedia could somehow help me erase some of that bill off of my card.

I had to leave due to my truck being hit and left damage out side of my room and yet in town could not at least give me refund of my 14 days left nor even offer me anything in exchange after my 2017 f250 was hit on there property 😡😡😡😡
