The beds were very nice. They felt like new memory foam. That's all I have to say that was positive about our stay.
The room was disgusting.
Roaches everywhere.
Bathroom was filthy, pubic hair on everything. Dirt and grime in every corner.
The remote for the television did nothing but turn it on and off. It took 2 hours before the lady at the front desk got around to getting one programmed for the TV and brought to us.
We had to call 3 different phone numbers before we found the right one for the front desk. Google was wrong, it lists an out of service number. Hotels.com was wrong, the phone number on their website gives you an answering service who have no idea what they're doing and they'll transfer you yo the same out of service number you get from Google.
The NOISE from the interstate RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR is atrocious! Especially the 18 wheelers jake braking! Not to mention the permanent residents and drug dealers, yelling, fighting, and running around right outside your door at ALL HOURS!
Two queen beds... one chair...?
There were two usb outlets... though they were so underpowered they might as well have been for DIScharging your devices.
Last but not least... what the hell is up with the $50 deposit at check-in? I wasn't notified of that until i received the confirmation email!! You'd think they'd list that on the website!
