Loved the motel and the location. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Motel was centrally located around all of our plans. It was very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

An updated motel that was very nice! During a pandemic it was nice just to be able to walk directly to our room. The front desk gentleman was very informative and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Great location and accessible to nature and city. The staff was friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable with microwave and fridge. This is a motel, so if you are wanting a 4 star hotel experience go to a 4 star hotel. If you are looking for an affordable motel that provides what you need on a road trip adventure I would recommend this location.

Only reason I didn't give perfect rating was because it was so cold, the door always had issues opening.. Maintenance had to help a few times! Ice was on the inside of the window which made the room super chilly in the middle of the night.. Ran the jacuzzi a couple of times to get some humidity which helped a lot.. Would love to come back in the spring or summer, perfect location & everyone was nice n helpful

I love this motel. It's tucked away in a cute little tourist town and is very affordable. The staff is always friendly and extra accomadating. However, lately, it seems as if the room hasn't been as clean as it normally is, with dirty towels being left hanging up behind the bathroom door, the bathroom, shower, and jucuzzi tub not cleaned, and the occasional pest crawling on the walls. It's really sad becaue I am a hug fan of this motel. It has become my great escape from the city life, and I would highly recommend it. There just needs to be some adjustments made the ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the room before guests check in.

This motel is in the perfect spot in town - it's walking distance to the shuttle to climb The Incline (which was really convenient considering we did it at 6:00am) and also just a quarter mile walk into downtown where you can find shops and local restaurants. Check in was easy and parking was directly in front of our room. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay at the Villa Motel!

Comfy beds and a relaxing hot tub were the highlights. Bathroom vent doesn’t really work which likely explains the black mold on the ceiling.

I love the location- right in Manitou. Right across the street, there is a shuttle to mainstreet Manitou or the Incline (if you chose not to walk, but the walk is very do-able). The staff is super helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi was open. Beds are comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave. Coffee in-room. Breakfast was basic but good- juice, pastries, bagels, oatmeal. I would stay here again without a doubt.
