Worst Hotel we have ever stayed in!
No Maid Service for 9 days: No Bed making, No Clean towels, No Vacuuming, (and the floor was filthy), No Cleaning Ever. We finally called for New Towels and Sheets after the 5th night, and they brought us some. However, we had to Make Our Own Bed!! Not a single Window in the Room! One TV didn't work. No Channel Directory for the TV. We had to do our own Dishes. Upon arrival we found a glass that had liquid in it that was put away in the cupboard! There were extra pillows, but No extra Pillowcases! No Extra Blankets. No Trash can in the Bedroom. No Security locks to the Rooms. Our belongings were always safe, because Noone entered the room.

The suite was very clean and had a nicely appointed kitchenette for any meal. Quite large 1 bedroom suite with a king bed. We received our check-in instructions, via text, right on time to access the unit as there is no front desk. Also, we received texts from customer service to check in on us during our stay and they were also quick to respond if we had questions. There were 2 beach towels present but wish there were a couple of beach chairs as well. There is a Keurig coffee make with a reusable pod, but wish there were a full sized coffee maker, as the pod is a pain for one cup at a time and a bit messy for cleanup. It is quiet during the night but gets a bit louder early in the morning with the supermarket and hardware store close by( oh, and the morning rooster calls at dawn). Fairly close to Cruz Bay( about a 15-20 min walk). All in all, a very nice place to stay, especially with the grocery store/hardware store and “Sam & Jacks Deli right there.

Buyer beware! The pictures look nice but it is next to the place where all of the garbage trucks are kept for the island. There’s a septic and water waste management facility on the adjoining property and it has to be walked past to go anywhere. It is NOT a nice vacation. We were devastated to travel 12 hours to our vacation destination to find ourselves in the grossest place on the island. We were unable to get our money back because we booked through Expedia. Vacation disaster. Way overpriced. Air inside was stuffy, cold, and humid. Couldn’t open windows but wouldn’t want to die to dump and septic facility.
