The apartment is in one of the best areas in Montréal called Mont-Royal. 3-5 minutes’ walk to the METRO station and bus stops. Shops are all over the place. Everything in the building and the room is pretty new and worked perfectly. A washer and a dryer were set up in the room with a stock of detergent. Nothing at all to complain about. The best apartment/hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Arrivée en toute autonomie très agréable, infos claires nous avons pu poser nos valises sereinement. La localisation est parfaite, à deux pas du métro, des balades et d’une rue très animée en resto, bars et commerces Le logement est full équipé, clair, lumineux, propre et bonne literie, ça ne pouvait pas être plus parfait.

We loved this stay because the room was quiet (almost no street or corridor noise due to its position) and was incredibly convenient to local dining and bar options. Also, 5 minute walk to the metro made for easy access to most of the major attractions. Would definitely stay here again! (one minor con--I snore a lot so we often sleep apart: we asked for an extra blanket so I could sleep on the couch but they said they "couldn't" provide one. We had to borrow one from our son, who lives in Montreal).

The location is wonderful. Everything is within easy walking distance. The Sondor concept is a good one, but the reality is different. No-one is present on the premises, everything's done online, and the App is terrible - it ALWAYS defaulted to 'reset your password'. The apartment was not cleaned once in the two weeks that I stayed, and when I went online to request cleaning, I was infofmed that 'cleaning is not available at this property. The apartment itself was good, with everything supplied and everything worked. Pity the rest is a shambles. I will never stay in a Sondor establishment again.

I loved the place, although I found some bugs crawling around which kind of scared me. Also my bicycle was stolen right in front of the building. Of course not property owners' fault, just wanted to mention it.

Very comfortable studio apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Plateau. Very comfortable (firm) bed, surprisingly quiet given the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, comfortable stay!
This was a great spot for me and my husband for a three night getaway to Montreal. The weather was hot while we were there, and the air-conditioning and freezer stocked with ice made for a great respite. The room was as pictured, the bed was comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The location ended up being fantastic--less than a block from Avenue du Mont Royal, which is closed to car traffic during the summer. The street is filled with open air restaurants and benches and is a lively, lovely spot to walk or bike and enjoy the city. There's a great patisserie next door, and the metro stop is just 2 blocks away. I absolutely recommend this spot.

Comfortable and clean
It was a good and clean place to stay for the one night we stayed in Montreal. Located in a great area that we enjoyed very much. Noise from the neared street is tolerable. The only thing that I can say wasn’t 5stars , was the toilet. The system is a bit damage and water runs down until you move the handle back.

Cancelled on me last minute without giving a reason, causing a lot of stress and headache hours before leaving. Poorly organized company with bad customer service, invasive check in that didn't accept temporary id meaning they got my passport scan before cancelling. Initiated refund five days later only after I spoke to hotels.com support rather than doing so right when they cancelled OR when I asked. I shouldn't have to chase them down for that. I strongly recommend against risking it.
