ロイヤル バース ホテル & スパ ボーンマス

Awful. Absolutely awful. This hotel used to be a gem and a location of pride in Bournemouth. It is now dilapidated, ceilings and walls peeling, toilets that run for extended times, a bedroom window that could not be properly closed and a clapped out bed mattress that was deeply uncomfortable. This was by far the lease awful part of the stay. It's. ow 1.38am and all night people, drunk people have been hurtling up and down the corridor. I've politely requested that they keep it down multiple times but it's happening again even right now. Management are doing nothing and not answering at the front desk. Tortuous loud ridiculous night. This was not an inexpensive hotel and a huge disappointment.

Nice and well presented

The pillows were rock hard, the water from taps was yellow and heating on high we had to have all windows open and fan on this was at the beginning of March. We booked it for the pool but you have to pay a daily charge to use the pool. But we had a lovely time and the staff were brilliant we would just bring our own pillow and lots of water next time. I’m glad we paid for a cheep room if I had paid more I would have been very disappointed.

This hotel is in a great location, with fantastic views and everything in walking distance. We had a sea view room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The room could have be cleaned better we found broken glass pieces on the bathroom floor and a crisp packet in the bedroom area... The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The food we had from the bar menu was good, although limited choice. On the whole, a good weekend.
