Everyone was really nice, the place was gorgeous, and you can hang out in the Parlour with nice music. There were only two downsides: the bed hurt both of our backs (but that could just be us) and you have to climb three flights of stairs with your luggage. Otherwise, it's a real gem with nice features and a B&B feel.

Very confusing. Parking was an issue. Lighting was bad. Not worth the money

I had a fantastic stay at 14 Union Park...meticulously cared for and appointed property, extremely clean, very private, extra-large spacious room with walk-in closet and oh-so-comfortable bed and feather pillows! The location could not be better and affords an experience of being in a beautiful residential neighborhood with endless cafes and great restaurants nearby, and within easy walking distance of downtown. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a very special experience from a large hotel setting!

Location was pretty good. Getting into the building and room was really easy. Very quiet place, most of the other guests stayed to themselves and noise was almost non-existent The bed was really comfortable, really. Still waiting to hear back from them on what kind it was.

The exterior and location and quiet and clean. We had a 4pm check-in, so we arrived at 4pm, and the room was not ready. We waited in the lobby, and the room did not end up being ready until about 4:45pm. The room is cute and large enough. The tub is a nice perk, but I imagine most people on short stays do not get to use. Once in the room we noticed that it was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on a towel that appeared to be dried blood, as well as hair in the tub before we had used it. Additionally, there were stains on the comforter, pillows, and sheets, as well as hair. I attached some photos of these. It would appear that the comforter was not changed after the previous guests. The WiFi connection was also poor. I will say that the host was responsive to initial inquiries, including related to issue of room not being prepared by the time it was supposed to be.
