It was an excellent place. Very clean and comfortable. It had nice decor and friendly staff.

Overall really nice hotel, amazing staff as well. I would come back again.

Only bad thing was homeless guy had access to sit in hall area he was there both days o was there. I did report to front desk

Everything was great, just the initial greet when we arrived was a bit too aggressive meaning not warm and fuzzy greeting by the pwrson that check us in very condescending and not friendly at all.

We arrived in Chicago earlier than expected. A quick call to hotel , they were great. We were able to get checked in 3 hours early! The room was warm, very cozy bedding, and great bath! Beautiful roof top dining w fireplaces . Will defiantly return !

Location of hotel was great. Also very clean. We upgraded to a grand deluxe guest room and were disappointed with the value for the upgrade. They stated a city view when actually we had a tall building right next to us and all we saw was their elevator shaft. Definatly not worth the extra money.

This place was so great. Everyone were so nice and helpful. The hotel itself is just as beautiful as can be. And room service was pretty cool too.

Booking at the Gwen hotel was the best decision I’ve made no matter what the price was everything was perfect! So clean! just perfect

Quick, easy check-in and check-out. We were happy that the hotel bar was open. The outdoor rooftop bar area was open too, although it was a bit cold. Good service at the bar and good drinks. Great location to many River North restaurants and bars. Room was nice and clean and modern. Will stay here again.
