We had a hiccup in getting checked in which was pretty annoying sinve it was late and my kids were tired. The room was a bit crowded with 3 beds and a couch bed in a small space. 6 people plus all the furniture made it pretty tight quarters. We felt like we were crawling over each other. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. Water pressure in the shower was good. It definitely could be updated. It served its purpose though.

The room was not ready when we tried to check in at 5pm but after we were able to check in the room was comfortable and clean.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice rates and very clean!

Our stay was great, we had a small issue in our room and the staff did not hesitate to move us to another room with an upgrade to what we originally had. Very friendly staff and the location is perfect, everything is close by! Highly recommended!

Easy to find right off the interstate. On-Site parking is available. The front staff is nice however manager lady was not so pleasant. We got there about 2:30 pm, she stated check-in was not until 3:00 pm, however with the hotels.com sliver program you get 1-hour check-in early, she was not happy when I pulled the facts, but we still got our room. Great pool, warm hot tube, and breakfast is sack breakfast to go.

Place was nice and clean, and staff was friendly. 7-11 next door, free wifi, and they're one of the few places still offering breakfast. Huge problem was walls were paper thin and I could hear everyone walking down the hall, people talking 4-5 rooms down, and doors slamming down on most of the floor all hours of the night...I got very little sleep there. Interestingly enough, I didn't hear any noises from outside the hotel (traffic, etc).

Margaret, cked us in and was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. Jennifer later on that day came on, and was also pleasant, helpful and informative. They both were very busy and still were able to keep a positive, mental attitude.. :) Tks Ladies.. :)
