Margaret, cked us in and was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. Jennifer later on that day came on, and was also pleasant, helpful and informative. They both were very busy and still were able to keep a positive, mental attitude.. :) Tks Ladies.. :)

Very comfortable room with great cable.

Nice hotel. Staff kept rooms clean. I did remove hair from shower drain to make it drain better. Little bit of road noise. Free coffee K cups. Didn’t try the breakfast (if they had it) overall a reasonable value. Close to many places to eat and visit

My stay at the Baymont Garden of the Gods was very nice. It is easily accessible from the I-25. Check-in/out was easy. The room was clean and fairly quiet. I would stay there again.

I didn't even check into this rat hole of a place. It was terrible and I didn't feel safe.

The manager is smoking directly across from the from door as we pulled up..then they run my card for a extra 47 bucks ..i called to let them know and she said it would be refunded ..it was 7 days later aftrr disputing it woth my bank per the managements request since that would be the fastest way ...they also didnt put a hold on my 100$ deposit but charged my debit card that as well which also took 7 days to be refunded. I asked them to be put up in a room for a extra night since well pretty mch all my extra money had now been tied up with the hotel...they didnt even offer me breakfast instead i kept getting well have our manager call you back 3 days go by while i ended up staying at a friends house. I never got a call back only a email to me stating they cant believe im asking for a room when this whole thing was a mistake ...tea one which cost me and my family a huge inconvenience only because your new hire didnt know what they were doing . A hold and a charge are two totally different things ...ask the bank...we will never book with this hotel again . Ohh and you get 1 hour of swim time per family. The rooms were clean but still was a run down.

Good very nice

We stayed at this Baymont Inn after 10 hours of driving, and we selected Colorado Springs to be out of severe weather for the next day's drive. The Baymont was comfy and located next to a McDonald's and 7-Eleven, so driving once there was only for gas (Costco's close). Breakfast was limited but expected during COVID-19.

Overall our stay was a good value for the price. Just a couple of critiques - although the kind suite was advertised as being able to accommodate 4 people (and it was, with the pull out couch), there were no extra sheets or blankets for the pull out bed, but the front desk personnel were more than happy to get us what we needed.

It was down right crap. The front desk lady was making it inpossible to stay there. She made it so bad i slept on the street on christmas eve. Really. When i paid for a room and had propper i.d. ahe was horrible lady. I give them
