綺麗な部屋でした。また空港へのアクセスも便利なシャトルが利用でき、又利用したいです。

スタッフの対応も客室も良かった。

カンクンまでの乗り継ぎで1泊しました。部屋も綺麗で快適でした。無料のシャトルバスは助かります。

Great place to stay that's clean but the noise from airplanes at night

Everything was great

Hotel jusy changed management. Bar is not operating bc no liqour license and we were not informed beforehand. Although the rooms seemed clean, very outdated. We checked out and booked another hotel because it was not as expected.

Overall the hotel is not bad, the service and cleanliness was all acceptable. However, i have to give this hotel a poor rating because I parked my vehicle on their PAID parking and when i woke up more than 6 vehicles had busted windows and had been broken into. The hotel still charged for parking and everything so this stay between hotel, parking and repairs to my car ended up costing me almost $600, and that's without counting time wasted finding a repair place and getting it repaired. I also could not get it repaired for three days so i could not park my car anywhere since all i have is a plastic shield to keep water out. Luckily i didn't have anything valuable inside my car. If you don't have a vehicle and are riding their shuttle, its ok place to stay. If you are driving a vehicle and need to park on their parking lot, I highly recommend to stay somewhere with better security and location or you might end up paying four times or more the night stay cost.

My experience here has always been pretty good. However, during Covid it’s hard to see it as what it used to be. However, the hotel does a good job under the circumstances. I do wish they had a restaurant inside the hotel.

My stay here was absolutely horrible. Each staff member was not trained the same. One moment we could pay we cash or card and the next they only accept card. The housekeeping manager gave us nothing but attitude when we needed things for our room & we couldn’t sleep in peace without some coming into our room without our permission.

The staff member was was quite short and kind of rude upon check in. Decent hotel for being older. Not at all impressed with their cleaning protocol. Broken pieces of lipstick in the carpet that ended up all over some of our stuff. When I tried to let the front desk know I got major attitude and told to call back later. I'll now have a large dry cleaning bill or ruined clothes. Disappointing since I had already booked other stays at this location. Cancelled now!!!!
