長期ステイにも快適なホテルです。

The location and the views were wonderful. The food was expensive and not always worth the cost.

The service was top notch all aspects from bellmen, front desk concierge, shuttle to beach, servers at restaurants and staff at amenities like golf were all so pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The staff truly made a short trip that was cut shorter due to global circumstances a most memorable one. Definitely a property I would return to hands down!

It was excellent, until the hotel began to shut down due to COVID-19. Although understandable, it was a bit unfortunate to see so many of the restaurants close and so few (competent) staff being left over, as it made the last few days of our vacation disjointed and stressful. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Lovely resort, excellent facilities, great staff. Could use some sprucing here and there but overall, a great resort.

Friendly staff Overall, the facilities were very outdated and not well kept, rooms were not cleaned well, and hotel restaurants quite expensive.

Property was gorgeous . The only thing I would change is that for the price of the room a microwave and refrigerator should come with the room; the game room need more games and more entertainment for the guest

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved their gym, as well as the outdoor heated pool since we visited in February.

The property was really big and beautiful. The staff their were really helpful and friendly. However, I just wish we had access to the indoor pool all day instead of 6:30pm. The breakfast buffet was extremely over priced and poor quality. Other than that it was great experience just don’t go in February it rained a lot and was extremely cold. However, my pictures came out beautiful regardless of the weather which I was pleased with.
