Room was quite small with king size bed. No microwave and only one small trash can in bath, none in the bedroom. Toilet was a peculiar size-I’ll just leave it at that! The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. We stayed three nights and would stay again but would ask for larger room.

First time visiting New Orleans and definitely wanted to stay in the French Quarter. After looking at multiple properties, decided on Hotel Provincial. Ended up being a great pace to stay; great location for all we wanted to see and do. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and the room very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is cozy and quaint, and simple but elegant. It feels as New Orleans does. Not perfect but full of charm & magic.

Had a great quick weekend trip. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Valet parking only. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter.

Upon arrival, my friend and I were greeted with smiling faces eager to help us out. The king room is a perfect size for 2 people and I slept like baby in the comfortable bed. It’s too cold to get in the pool, yet the water felt decently warm upon touch and the courtyard is such a cute area to sit in. I highly recommend and will be back.

This hotel is charming. Exactly what you would expect in the French Quarter, the architecture is stunning. A quaint court yard with fountain gives the illusion that it’s raining every night when you sleep. The rooms are simple, the king sized bed was SO comfortable, a/c, tv, nice bathrooms, water pressure is a eh but the water is hot, the tub is nice; over all the rooms are not stunning because nobody comes to NOLA to stay in the room. The location is perfect to ditch the car and walk through the French quarter. Definitely the biggest perk. There is onsite valet parking but be ready to fork over $40 per 24 hours, which is utter robbery in my honest opinion. My stay was during covid and the rooms were very clean. The on site bar has your basics, again nothing stunning or special. The staff were lackluster at best and down right rude at worst, by far the worst part of the stay. I guess if you don’t fit into a certain type, they don’t care to have a good attitude. For a place that thrives on tourism perhaps they wouldn’t be hurting to fill the rooms if their service was better. Great hotel for sleep, walking around the French quarter, decent amenities, but the staff had the opportunity to make it a five star hotel, you’d genuinely get better staff at a motel 6, even a shady one.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Nice visit. Conveient location. Clean room and friendly staff. We really enjoyed opening the French doors for fresh air. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Jessica at front desk is super sweet. It was such a nice stay we stayed another night and she made it really easy to register again. I will definitely stay there again!

A very good stay and excellent value. The hotel was within walking distance of most major French Quarter tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, and the "Toast" restaurant behind the hotel was excellent for brunch.
