ランソン プレイス ジンリン ティアンディ レジデンス (逸兰锦麟天地服务公寓) (上海)

This is the second time we stayed there. We love the place because its in good location, clean and spacious for family stay. However, compared to our last time we stayed there in 2016, the furniture starts to wear out a bit. The mattress in one of the bedroom is far from comfortable.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed and in a very convenient area for exploring Shanghai. Loved the amenities (pool, sauna, steam room, etc.). Terrific option for a family stay in Shanghai.

Located near the nice area of French Concession, this property served us well as a family with two children. Daily Housekeeping was quite thoughtful although one shouldn’t expect frills like chocolate on beds. Since it is not a hotel, room service etc is not available. However, the round-the-clock front desk staff try to go the extra mile to help you order food etc. if you’re not on WeChat or local apps. Overall, we enjoyed our stay of 8 nights here!

Spacious & convient to everything, a quiet spot with modern facilities. There is an extra study room with bed, can easily fit into two more guests in addition to the four of us in the two bedrooms, drawback is expensive breakfast

Excellent location. Conciege was very nice and helpful. But the housekeeping guy was rude and impolite. I asked them to bring up two bottled water as they didn't do so while making up the room. One guy brought up the bottled water with dirty long face and rude attitude. In addition, it's quite mean to provide two bottled water per day for a family suite with five guests. According to conciege, it's their policy to provide two bottles a day no matter how many guests are staying. I'm sure bottled water doesn't cost much but it would be nice and convenient for us to have them at the room.
