We stayed for 4 nights and our bad experienced started as soon as we checked in. We thought that we booked a mountain view, but we were told we can't pick our room unless if we are a Marriot member and they insisted that we should have a room with a parking lot view, he said it is better because it's lit up at night, what?. He was talking to us like it was our first time staying in a hotel. Third day of our stay, our garbage cans were overflowing and no one cleaned the room and give us more towels. we called the front desk and came to find out that we have to request the room service and that the front desk person should have told us about it (but they never mentioned anything about it). They cleaned the room the third day and then left all the garbage cans (full of garbage) in front of our room until 9 PM, they would have just left it there I'm sure if we didn't call them again to pick it up. When we checked out and turned in the room keys, there were two people in the front desk talking and they just looked at us and never said thank you and continue with their conversation, so unprofessional and they all NEED more customer service training in my opinion. Room wasn't bad, but VERY POOR SERVICE.
