Wonderful!! We enjoyed the evening cocktails and light dinner and the breakfast was delicious too! Everything was perfect! Excellent location on the Riverwalk!!

Good hotel with great River Walk access

Our stay at the Drury Inn was good. The staff were all very polite. The hot breakfast and dinner was good too. I paid extra because I wanted a balcony to view the river. The hotel is somewhat dated but my room was clean except for a few juice stains on the carpet. There were a couple things that bothered me which they took care of right away. Overall it was a good stay and super convenient for access to the river walk. I would stay here again.

Great location in downtown San Antonio.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Older hotel but well maintained and very clean. Keep up the great work. Will stay here again for sure.

Would definitely recommend

Great hotel right on the riverwalk. Breakfast was pretty good but we really enjoyed the evening kickback! The pulled pork sliders were the best! We never had any issues finding a parking spot but it was very close parking and hard to get in and out of your car. Shower was nice and hot and the bed was comfy!! No problems at all!!

Clean, great location, and a wonderful deal

Great deal for the busy X-mass period. Free breakfast and Kick back/happy hours are particularly delightful. Highly recommended.

A comfortable stay indeed!

This is located right in the centre of Riverwalk and with direct access to it. The reception staff was very welcoming. The kickbacks starting at 530 pm with heavy appetizers and free drinks are an awesome way to spend time within the hotel after a leisurely stroll at the Riverwalk. The staff serving kickbacks and breakfast were happy to serve us with a smile. This is such a positive attitude and definitely leads to customer satisfaction. They were running low on salad and we said no problem and were about to move on .. but the server insisted they are getting refills and it will be ready within the next 20 secs, it sounded like we should not miss the salad! It could be a minor thing, but it shows the staff really wants you to have the food being served. Noticed that social distancing and masks as required during these times are being followed to the T. Breakfast apples were individually wrapped so as not to be touched by other guests, chairs and tables arranged appropriately, TV remote sanitized, etc. All in all, the management has taken care of the minute details and the staff is insuring the rules are being followed. We had a last minute request for late check out and the reception was so gracious about it. This helped me to send some official documents out to my client before we started back. Thank you. The room was clean and bed comfortable. We were happy that lots of pillows were provided. This is not our first stay in this hotel and will definitely be not our last.

We’ve stayed here several times and we love it. It’s always clean, service is great. The food and drinks are good. And the being on the River is fantastic. You’re so close to everything.
