Very good. The staff very very helpful and friendly.

This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. It has clean comfortable rooms and a very good restaurant. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of many Shannon Free Zone businesses and very close to Shannon airport.

The room was clean and well presented but the bathroom could do with a deep clean. The floor tiles were grubby between the grout as was the washbasin surround. A new toilet seat is very necessary in this bathroom as this one was quite stained. The bath had rust stains running down the tiles from the handle on the wall.

As a couple myself and my girlfriend were really liking forward to getting away for a well deserved weekend away as the two of us work very hard with our jobs and our children, when we got there the girl at the desk was very nice but couldn’t understand us which was ok, but when we got to the room it stank of cigarette smoke and the toilet wasn’t clean it was loads of black personal hair and myself and my girlfriend have blonde hair so they didn’t belong to us, there was a dirty towel on top of the wardrobe and was all dusty and discussing there was cigarette ashes on the locker beside the bed and all over the phone receiver. My girlfriend works in a 4* hotel in Monaghan and she didn’t want to complain because she deals with this sort of thing on a daily basis but the fact that we drove for over 320kms just to find a room like this was not at all pleasing plus the breakfast the following morning was at best a 2 out of 5.

Very noisy from the bar pub downstairs, Mgmt couldn’t offer resolve of any kind ! Said it would be over in 45min. Lasted almost two hours! Sounded like live music in room next door yet it was downstairs 50’ away ! Got no sleep ! Room was just okay and staff to busy on computer to be bothered! However the breakfast was the best ! Excellent actually!
