Front desk staff was amazing and worked to get us a room during our bad weather we had.

Great spot and stay for the price!

We enjoyed our room very much a d the location was perfect a 5 min walk to the Riverwalk and 10 Min walk to Alamo about 8 min to The Tower of America. Room was great had nice variety of snacks bar, and a pre package breakfast. The beds could have been a little softer but still great since pandemic you do not get daily housekeeping but if you need towels or anything they had them at the front desk for you to get. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!

It’s a very nice and comfortable hotel so well to stay with Family. So close to riverwalk

Property was not well cared for. Very worn carpeting which had a bad odor. Have stayed at Spring Hill properties before but this one was not up to par. Laundry facilities were out of order. Sorry but cannot recommend this hotel.

Dirty floors and the coach had a gross stain on it. The front desk looked lost for how to manage breakfast and the poor lady up front needed help. I think two people clocked in late so she was scrabbling to help the guest. no toilet paper and the TV didn't work on the 3rd floor. I would not stay here again. Also had to pay for parking and it wasn't even on the premises. I would not recommend. Very dirty rooms and floors, and the food was super disorganized.

Everything great with the exception of the breakfast.....
