great hotel with a good location, easy to walk around but a little hard to get to by car and the traffic in sydney is to blame for this. Great service very clean spacious rooms

Hotel very classic and lobby service very good but for towels we need to call everyday to top up.

Terrific and terrific location

The check in was not ready by the assigned time which was 3pm. I was told to place my back in the storage room while they make the room. I received a text message on my phone approx 1 hour thereafter to confirm the room was ready. The location is in the heart of Martin Place very close to Pitt Street Mall, Train station, restaurants, cafes, bars etc, great location. The only down fall is that the my room was situated close to the clock, which was very loud, it kept waking me in the early hours. The service was great, beside the check in experience. I had a great stay. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and cosy. Nice bath, robes included, etc. It looks exactly like the inside of the Westin, nothing have changed.
