Rooms were clean, enough parking, be mindful there's no elevator. The only recommendation I would make is better customer service. The person who check us in wasn't pleasant.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We were able to reserve the pool for an hour. Limited breakfast due to covid, but overall nice hotel.

The whole area was a drug town room smelled like smoke burns on bed and floor dirty sheets toilet not cleaned tub had body dirty from previous shower human skin particle used condom behind dresser didn't stay I left the heck out of there

Apon my arrival to this best western...i was unaware thatbitvwas pushed back and in what appeared to be a very sketchy looking section...truth in short i wished i made another decision

Below average experience. The positive was the room layout of our suite was spacious and accommodating. Many negatives; our key cards did not work at any of the exterior doors of the hotel, even after having them reset multiple times. We had to enter through the front door every time. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:15pm (3:00pm check in) and we were told housekeeping didn’t have it ready yet. After finally getting our keys, they appeared to have rushed through the cleaning. The jacuzzi bathtub was covered with old dry skin and hair. The microwave was also a mess inside and didn’t have the proper glass plate for appropriate use. There was used toilet paper in the toilet. We were given two towels and one wash rag for a 3 night stay. No elevator in the hotel. Finally, our “mountain view” that was included from our room was blocked by trees at both windows.

Bedroom is clean. Bathroom even though it appeared a bit small it’s clean and maintained well. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall wasn’t impressed at all. Felt like there were drug deals or something going on all over the place. Didn’t feel safe. Probably fine if your alone, or a couple, but wouldn’t bring my kids to this hotel again.

HORRIBLE! Woke up with bug bites all over my chest and neck. Sheets had dry blood on them. Hotel staff are aware of the issue! Made multiple attempts to have Expedia request a refund, but the "manager" is "never" available. Spent extra money on another hotel and having to wash all my belongings before returning home.

No elevator, set up of room was not the best. Shower room needed some updating.
