It's a farse that this hotel is able to even hold of n to international name... On check in we were downgraded (even without informing us). When we complained, the manager said they are sold out and they will book us in other hotel if we don't like the room. Since ni other hotels were available, we had to stay put in the hotel. Manager agreed to waive off a night's charge and promised to move us to the room category we booked on day 2. But we never heard from them again. On check out it took us 20 minutes to settle the bills as at first they couldn't locate our stay record, then they couldn't figure out room rate, and then they didn't know about not charging for 1 night. We had to trace the manager we spoke on arrival, explain the whole situation again and then reminder her.. to top it off.. we were shown the total charge on calculator and never even recieved a payment receipt on check out.
Rooms do not have water bottles, on asking the reception, they ask us ti go to restaurants for water, and restaurant charges 3GEL for 500ml bottles. Restaurant food is good but the whole restaurant is managed by just 2 staff members. on first night we went for dinner at 8:30pm, recieved menu at 9pm, server was free to take order at 9:30 and food+drinks came in table at 10pm.
Never will we ever visit this hotel again...
