Very friendly on arrival spotless room we had a lovely meal. My husband and I enjoyed our stay thanks again

First impression was very good. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Guy at reception when we arrived gave us a lot of information about onward travel. Absolutely invaluable. I could not say enough about how friendly the staff were. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Overnight stay before early flight the following morning Hotel was as expected Girl on reception was excellent. Pleasant and very helpful Give her 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I live in the US and had to cancel my trip to Scotland due to Covid. I emailed the Holiday In Express Airport TWICE, canceling my reservation. FOUR months later I receive an email asking me to rate my stay. How could I? I can’t even get out of my country! We are in a pandemic! I then CALL only to find out the people at the hotel considered me a “no show” so they Charged me for the rooms. (2, we were going to Scotland with my stepson and daughter in law to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday). I am furious.

Location to Edinburgh Airport. Good for overnight stay but do not expect to leave hotel apart for going to airport.

A pleasant two day visit this time with friendly staff always willing to help

Location of Holiday Inn Edinburgh Express is great for that early morning flight.
