Very nice hotel, central location with friendly staff

Due to Corona virus we were unable to stay. Very disappointed but received excellent service from hotel staff on numerous occasions. They deserve a medal

Very lovely hotel. Location is perfect for walking into town. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom facilities were lacking as the bath/shower was very small. It would work better as shower only. Also there weren't enough plugs. However the bar area was very relaxing.

Small room - towel rail not connected - mirror light not working - shower tray chipped - bathroom door paint chipped. Breakfast buffet - all food cold at 7h45am. Afternoon tea quite disappointing.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The guys at reception even posted Birthday card under our room door for my friend which was very thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent, rooms large, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Beautiful views and good location but definitely made our stay better was the staff

Exceptional welcome from Manager and his staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Air con cooling function in bedroom did not work. TV signal was poor and unwatchable. Decor was tired. Downstairs was nice.

Master light switch on opposite side of the bed. You need to walk round the bed without tripping over the desk or dressing table to turn it on - in the dark.
