I was told at check in that wifi was free for the 2 rooms that I got. On checkout, I see in the statement that I was charged for wifi. Called the next day and an "Andrew" answered. He told me that I was not eligible because I did not have a Bonvoy number. He said it in a very condecending way!!! He then ask if I would like to have it refunded?!?! Hello, I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! i hope this conversation was recorded. They also don't give their last name. Never again Westin!!!!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. It was not our first trip to DC but our first time using this hotel. A little farther to walk from the National Mall but we explored some new areas near the hotel.

Management gave away our room despite checking in within the Check-In period listed on hotels.com website. We were given smaller/lower class rooms for two of the four nights we stayed there.

We did have a house cleaning issue. They forgot to clean the bathroom counter and shower. Used bar soap and empty shampoo bottles left in the shower. The front desk was apologetic and house keeping called promptly to clean. It was handled fast and professionally which we appreciated. It’s a lovely hotel in the heart of the city and easy to get around with the DC Circular. The bed is comfy and room is quiet. I would stay again.
