Got to the place looked abandoned no signs weeds in the front of entrance one person at desk had guest at desk waited to ck in ck in was fine went to room Traveller from Maine tired went to take shower waited 15 minutes water never got hot went down was given another room same thing me some one on same floor said leave water on for 20 minutes and then water got somewhat hot and was able to shower why waste water like that and it is a drought while there should be more efficient thankyou

We had to stay six weeks awaiting our apartment after selling the house. Price cheap (get what u pay for) Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping staff superb, but they only clean if ur there one night, so we had to clean the room and change bed etc. made no sense. Ice machines, atm, elevators, washers all broken. Smelled pot constantly and thats fine but they can smoke and i cant smoke cigarettes??? Fire alarm went off 7 times at around 2am everytime. We sat outside for an hour, noone told us all clear! We had to go ask!!!!! Couldnt use pool. Hall ways w stairs stained and smelled of rotten mold. No hot water in hotel one day, couldnt shower for our one night at a great restaurant. The girl at front desk said “sorry, call my boss tomorrow at 9”. So no showers!!!!! We did meet some nice people staying there. Landscaping (i dont really care) but, was horrible. No sign to find hotel. Also, late night, definitely some shady stuff happening in parking lot. No lights in parking lot! I have to give props tho, we spent alot there and they were going to try to comp us a discount for one week. We will see if that happens!

The room i was originally in the TV did not work, and the tub backed up after my boyfriend showered. I was switched to a different room, and the bathroom wasnt clean.

The pictures are deceiving and the hotel is not updated like the pictures online. It is quite run down. The cold side of the sink in the bathroom did not work, the vent in the bathroom was clogged and dusty with fuzz and wallpaper was peeling off the wall.

Everything was good except my room did not have a working TV nor did it have a remote for the TV. Which didn’t matter anyways because the TV wasn’t even connected to anything, only the power was plugged in.

The conditionnof the hotel is very poor it seems to be a hotel that used to be high end but fell into disrepair. It dosnt even have a buissness sign. The general feelnof the building is dirty and used. The elevators dont work the csrpets are dirty. The walls are wrote on and scratched up. The one elevator that did work was on the opposite side of the hotel and had a swastika scratched into it. The parking lot it not lit and there are signs saying they are not responcible for theft. The whole putsixe of the building dosnt seem safe at all. The only saving grace were the actual room that seemed clean though not well lit. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay again justbwith blinders on to walk around the place.

Filthy hotel, old dirty place ,lights out,broken phone,tv didn’t work, no towels,bad customer service.

Room was very nice however only one outlet available for charging devices and not near the bed

The only good thing was that the wifi worked (although it was extremely slow), and there was plenty of free parking. I would have felt better about tbe comfortable bed if the place was cleaner, especially after telling them we were worried about staying in a hotel during Covid & hoped they could make sure our room was really wiped down. I got charged WAY extra after paying for multiple nights, & I'm still waiting for refunds that are supposedly coming my way. DEFINITELY CHECK YOUR CC STATEMENTS!! I would not trust this place enough to get a room here again.
