We were very excited to stay at this highly recommended resort and we were so disappointed. It is highly outdated, the rooms were not as clean as you would expect especially with COVID, the restaurants are not accepting very many reservations at this time so getting dinner is very difficult. Our room was musty smelling and the couch in our room had brown stains all over it. The ceiling had brown splatters all over it. The casino is small and filled with smoke. It’s actually hazy when walking through. It is not well ventilated. The dealers are VERY rude. We only met one dealer who was pleasant. We were so upset and will not be staying here again. This resort costs far too much to be this outdated and unclean.

Clean accommodations, excellent 24 hour restaurant, helpful bell staff service, beautiful panoramic room...could have offered something original for VIP status, but great overall.

No microwave or refrigerator in room. Very average hotel

Need more waitresses in casino. A fridge would be nice.

Everything is serene at the Beau Rivage, except our room. Someone had smoked an amazing amount of grass prior to our stay it was imbedded in the walls. Other than that, the room was spotless, the view amazing and the staff terrific. I'd definitely stay again but ask for a different room.

No valet! Was difficult as both of us are disabled and parking was far away from rooms. No room service! Had to go pick up ourselves from only one restaurant choice. Can’t they do their version of Doordash or Uber eats using the employees that were laid off? Still get tip and serve charge. Food we did get was mediocre. Guess they laid off the chef too. At least the bellmen were great (Didn’t see any bell women though.)

Amazing stay!! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time!
