Online - when I saw so many "10" reviews - I thought they must be questionable. I have been disappointed in the past. I have been over 1000 nights in hotels and service apartments etc. the past 10 years. This place is exceptional. The keys of: Ice cold AC that can cope with the high ceilings - and clean, new foam mattresses so good I did not bother to add the Tempur-Pedic topper I travel with. Totally clean, mildew free, fresh smell through out the property. No mini-fridge in the room - but no need - you have 24 hour access to the big colonial home's state of the art kitchen - 24 hour access to the dining room with snacks, nespresso, twinings teas etc... Its like you are a very welcome and trusted guest staying in a millionaire's home. Wifi was outstanding as well. My first 10 review I think. The key is 2 fold: The Mexico City owners who created it from a factory invested in quality all the way - rare in the hospitality industry these days. And Lorena Carrillo - the GM who is there often - is a highly intelligent young business executive who is obsessive about the cleanliness and quality of the property and guest experience - yet has this relaxed, charming and cheerful personality that defines the property and gives you as much 5 star service you desire with space and privacy. The housekeeping by Oralia is exceptional as well. They even have a quality massage table on site to make housecall massages easy. And a pond with the little fish that clean your feet! Wow.

Beautiful property, great modern bedroom and bathroom, and a super breakfast. The price was also very reasonable.

We truly loved staying here. Such a cool little place, great location, loved the breakfasts. Only downside is that the map in Expedia misled us as to its location, which is Expedia's fault! Use Google Maps for sure.

El hotel cuenta con un diseño moderno y con espacios amplios, las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Aunque el único detalle es que se escucha el ruido de los carros que pasan cerca del hotel. Fuera de ahí todo perfecto

Todo me encantó, el sitio hermoso, la habitación divina, el servicio de lo mejor, el desayuno delicioso, pero lo mejor sentirte como en casa, en un lugar de 10!!!

El hotel está increíble, está a tres cuadras del centro lo que es ideal porque no estás en el bullicio, pero puedes ir y venir caminando de forma segura y tranquila. La habitación fue estupenda, lo suficientemente amplia, limpia, muy bien decorada, y los espacios comunes como la alberca, el comedor y la salita para leer son muy tranquilos y bonitos. El servicio de Lorena fue siempre muy amable y servicial y el desayuno es muy rico. Lo recomendamos ampliamente!!

Excelente atención. Ubicado en el corazón de un barrio tradicional yucateco como es Mejorada, con un mobiliario antiguo muy bello e instalaciones nuevas y modernas generan un concepto muy recomendable.
