Bathroom lock broken off. Bedroom heater clicked all night. Spa rented out for swimming lessons all morning.

The only thing i didn't like was the bath. Everything else was perfect

Totally satisfied with room, staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice and good. The only wish would of been the lift working, however if your in a gòod hotel, used constantly things will break down occasionally, just hope its sorted for my next visit.

It was a worst experience I ever had. First of all there was no provision for kids bed. If you are a couple and with two kids you need to book two rooms and sleep separately. We booked three rooms as there were two more adults and one of the room had a broken kettle and in our room we had no soap. However, we requested on the reception and contacted after few hours and we got a reply that she had sent an email and someone try get you the stuff and send new kettle but during our two nights stay we never got a hand soap in our toilet and a new kettle and we had to wash hands with the shower gel. Also want to mention that the receptionist was so rude and welcoming at all. One first thing I forgot to mention that I booked over the phone with hotels.com and I was told that it’s Marriott hotel but it wasn’t. Marriott took his name off for last one year ago so it was again sold by giving wrong information to me by the agent. Also, one more that we checked in 4 pm their system went down and we let in by the receptionist (she was the only helpful person) and we had to stay in our rooms for three hours once we received the activated keys. We had to fixed the keys around 5 times during our two nights stay because it stopped working most of the times. Overall an Awful experience.

Already emailed Britannia with details - atrocious service. Still have had no reply. Will never stay again and will ensure my company does not book.
