Stay was ok. All stores and restaurants were closed on Thursday, pool was closed. I booked king size bed i got double beds. The air vents were full of dust. No coffee machine in the room

It was ok. Cleanliness needs to be better. I got a bacterial infection from sleeping in bed. Friend also experienced allergic reactions.

The riim and the hotel were great. There was a crying baby next door keeping us up all night, but everything else was good.

absolutely horrible, stay was worse than any other casino in AC. issues on all levels, room, beds, room key, security, cost, and parking. Told parking was paid for and got charged double for it when leaving. Never returning to Harrah's. Even showboat, with no casino or attractions, was a better stay.

It was noisy room, like it was a construction next door. Room wasn’t neat clean. I reserved a one king bed and I got a double queen room, that for me it wasn’t good since I ravel alone so it make my self feel kind of alone. Overall the experience wasn’t an 8 but more like a 5.

Good stay will definitely return

The Waterfront Tower needs some serious updating. The sheets had stains that clearly had been washed over and over. There was a cobweb in the corner of the room. There was mold running out in the shower. The shower temperature was tepid at best. The water pressure could use some tweaking.

Nice staff clean beautiful room quiet

The staff was amazing and the room was very clean. However I was given no instructions on where to park or details about free parking. I also felt parking from the resort was a bit far from the resort and there were no clear directions on how to get to my room after parking in self parking. My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall but more clear directions would have been great!
