The exterior is horrible. the office was a plexiglass window. the person in the office was rude on phone and in person. the room was soaked in fabuloso. the linens were stained. they offered nothing for breakfast. had to sleep with protection because of people walking around parking lot looking in cars.

Clean, quiet, receptionist very nice

Bathrooms are very outdated. Air conditioner was ice cold when it ran, but it wouldn't run long enough to get the room cold enough. A park across the street was filled with questionable characters. Bad location.

Hotel was adequate for a 3 day family visit. Clean.

Terrible rooms, no neatness at all.

We been travelling the last 2 weeks staying in hotels all across the country, have never been treated the way I was treated by the manager armando, we didn't check in until 1am because we are traveling, so was sleep when he knocked on th door at 1040 am, I tried to walk in the room I had to run to the door to stop himm I didn't have clothe on, told him we will be checking out soon. We wake up start to get dressed. He came back at 1105 yelling saying we have to leave now. My bf said we are getting all our stuff together and will be leaving in a few minutes. He said no you have to leave now are I'm calling the police I asked for his name because this is uncalled for. He refused and walked away. The cops came I told them what happened and they got his name for me to call and complain. As soon as we left the guy tried to charge my card but I had already blocked it I knew what type of time he was om

The king size bed and pillows were comfortable, carpet was old looking, the air conditioning was inconsistent cool and warm.

Horribly disgusting and outdated. Weird stains, and melted things on carpet, wall trim and wiring sticking out and caked with dirt and dust, bathroom tiles and fixtures cracked and turned at weird angles.

Horrible customer service canceled before their timeframe and they still charged me everybody was very rude.. hotel wasn’t all that once I pulled into the parking lot! Definitely not like the rest of the Howard’s I have ever stayed at! I will definitely not be staying with their company every again while we travel I will make sure my word of mouth is large to all my family when we take big trips!
